We’re looking for an Integration Manager to join our team at Cryptopay and help our B2B clients successfully connect to our platform. You’ll support partners during the API integration process, answer technical questions, and work closely with our internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for API customers to the B2B Cryptopay solutions platform and manage external relationships by providing assistance and guidance with the integration process, ensuring it’s completed promptly and meets the clients’ expectations
  • Provide comprehensive explanations and clarifications regarding any questions related to Cryptopay solutions API documentation and tech – both to teammates and other teams at Cryptopay, as well as business clients and partners
  • Together with Support and Relationship management teams, be the primary point of contact for addressing technical and operational queries related to Cryptopay Business solutions, as well as escalating them to the relevant teams
  • Gather, analyse and present client feedback to product managers and developers
  • Define requirements for new features, enhancements, and fixes to the Tech team, and ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and merchants’ needs before informing the merchants about the update
  • Develop and keep up-to-date client-oriented integration/technical documentation
  • Assist in sales procedures to support the acquisition of new clients by participating in calls and conducting product demos, showcasing the functionality and features available to clients with a focus on technical aspects
  • Conduct training sessions on Cryptopay API, both for colleagues and partners
  • Analyse, identify, and resolve issues related to Cryptopay B2B solutions, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Technical education (e.g., in IT, Engineering, or Automation), or strong ability to understand technical aspects
  • At least 1 year of experience as an Integration Specialist, preferably in B2B FinTech sectors
  • Experience in customer service and integration management: customer support at the integration stage and ability to explain complex things in simple words, experience in collecting and analysing customer feedback
  • Experience with APIs and integration technologies (without in-depth coding):  understanding of APIs (REST, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON, Postman), basic knowledge of working with logs and debugging API requests, experience writing and maintaining technical documentation
  • Ability to conduct business meetings: conducting demos, explaining API functionality, conducting training sessions for colleagues and clients
  • Ability to quickly grasp difficult topics and assimilate large amounts of information
  • A sense of responsibility and team work spirit
  • Attentiveness, politeness and strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English at C1 level or higher
