Regulatory Compliance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance operations and ensure alignment with international regulatory frameworks. In this role, you will manage regulatory reporting, conduct risk assessments, and implement compliance quality assurance processes.

• Manage global regulatory reporting, including planning, preparation, and timely submission.
• Conduct impact assessments of regulatory changes and ensure necessary adjustments.
• Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments (BWRA) and compliance QA reviews to identify and mitigate risks.
• Implement and maintain compliance registers, including training records, due diligence (DD) documentation, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
• Ensure continuous monitoring and adaptation of AML regulations and internal policies.
• Lead compliance training initiatives and foster awareness of regulatory obligations within the organisation.

• 3+ years of experience in Compliance within cryptocurrency regulation.
• Strong knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, AML, DORA, GDPR.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies, including BWRA, QA metrics, and KPIs.
• Practical understanding of internal audit, due diligence, and compliance QA controls.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting tools and compliance registers management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Certification such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or equivalent is a plus.
• English level: Advanced.
