We are seeking a highly motivated B2C Customer Support Agent to join Cryptopay, a leading provider of cryptocurrency payments processing solutions. As a B2C Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience by providing our clients with high-quality and prompt assistance in solving their issues
Responsibilities
- Closing tickets from customers via chat and email.
- Collecting user feedback.
- Updating the internal and external knowledge base.
Requirements
- Understanding of the basics of Customer Success.
- Understanding the basics of the theory and history of cryptocurrencies.
- Experience using a Macbook.
- Fluency in English (C1, C2).
- Knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage (French, Italian, German, Spanish) – from B2.
