We are seeking a highly motivated B2C Customer Support Agent to join Cryptopay, a leading provider of cryptocurrency payments processing solutions. As a B2C Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer experience by providing our clients with high-quality and prompt assistance in solving their issues

Responsibilities

  • Closing tickets from customers via chat and email.
  • Collecting user feedback.
  • Updating the internal and external knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the basics of Customer Success.  
  • Understanding the basics of the theory and history of cryptocurrencies.
  • Experience using a Macbook.
  • Fluency in English (C1, C2).
  • Knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage (French, Italian, German, Spanish) – from B2.
