Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join Cryptopay, a leading provider of cryptocurrency payments processing solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by expanding our customer base, holding meetings with clients online and offline, participating in conferences and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Actively track and pursue new potential customers across different verticals (via utilizing own network, events participation, cold or organic outreach)
- Build the sales funnel, maximizing revenue and profits, lead the newly acquired merchants in the first weeks of onboarding and going live
- Proactively pursue and identify new opportunities and niches to penetrate
- Perform mail campaigns, sales activities and outreach as prescribed and supervised by Lead of B2B Sales
- Proactively follow up with all onboarded B2B customers to make sure they are effectively processing in the first weeks
- Cross-team communication with B2B Support/Account Executives, Compliance, and Back-Office to make sure best practices are adopted
- Prepare regular weekly reports on activities performed
- Maintain the customer data and activities in the CRM
- Actively participate in any activities to promote the Brand, and boost revenue growth.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the Sales or Business Development role
- Strong understanding of payments and cryptocurrency processing with work background in relevant fields
- Industry related experience on the side of Payment provider, EMI or PSP
- Profound experience in outreach campaigns and follow up initiatives
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)
- Fluent English.
