Associate Compliance Specialist

We are seeking an Associate Compliance Specialist to join our Compliance Team. Your responsibilities will be:

• Performing KYC and KYB procedures for new and existing clients
• Analyse a wide range of businesses and merchants to ensure their compliance with existing requirements
• Taking an active part in group-wide KYC/AML processes, ensuring thorough client due diligence through all stages of the customer life-cycle
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of effective compliance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with various teams to integrate compliance measures and controls, including sales, support, and product development
• Prepare regulatory reports and maintain proactive communication with regulatory bodies
• Stay updated on changes in cryptocurrency and financial compliance laws
• Promote compliance awareness within the organization through training and education

• Experience in dealing with complaints
• Experience of onboarding customers / monitoring
• Knowledge and understanding of EU crypto regulations
• Experience in compliance documents (policies and procedures) development
