Crypto Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Crypto Operations Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in the Crypto or FinTech industry, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital assets, we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of crypto transactions (dealing with deposits and withdrawals on hold)
- Resolving daily tasks and queries from support team regarding customers transactions and accounts
- Arranging daily top-ups of crypto wallets and adhering to crypto settlements policy
- Performing various analytics on transactions, balances and accounts
- Execution of failed trade orders, working with trade platforms (CEX, LPs)
- Performing crypto consolidations
- Resolving problems related to crypto operations, be the point of contact with Tech teams and crypto providers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Work efficiently in a high-load environment
- Support the Head of Crypto Operations with daily tasks
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance or a related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role within the Crypto or FinTech industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies and market trends
- Basic finance and banking knowledge
- Experience in reporting & analytics
- Intermediate MS Office & G-Suite skills
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent English (C1 level)
