Fiat Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Fiat Operations Specialist to manage tasks related to client fiat funds rebalancing, internal transfers, and processing business bank withdrawals and deposits. The role also includes preparing financial reports, providing second-line customer support, managing operational tasks in Jira, and efficiently handling technical issues.

• Perform rebalancing of client fiat funds and execute internal transfers between safeguarding and crypto liquidity accounts
• Process business bank withdrawals and deposits, including credit and return transfers
• Prepare financial and operational reports in response to internal and external inquiries
• Provide second-line support for payment-related issues and complex cases
• Manage operational workflows and tasks in Jira
• Respond promptly to technical issues and ensure their efficient resolution

• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in financial operations or payments
• Understanding of bank transfers, payment methods, and transaction processing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work confidently with numbers
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve processes
• Experience in business communication and client interaction
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and self-discipline
• Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Basic knowledge of crypto is an advantage, but not required
