Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing B2B operational processes and departmental financial performance to identify growth opportunities, bottlenecks, and risks.
- Based on audit findings, to design the B2B unit’s structure, supporting scalability and resilience.
- Take full ownership of the operational performance across Commercial, Development & IT, Product, and Customer Success functions, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.
- Build repeatable and efficient business processes that enable sustainable growth, cost optimization, and improved cross-team collaboration.
- Define and execute strategies to reduce client concentration risks, particularly balancing the risk level of the portfolio.
- Drive execution toward key financial and strategic targets, including increase of EBITDA margin, free cash flow, and reducing revenue dependency on a single client.
- Work closely with executive leadership to shape and align on a Long Term Performance Incentive Plan that reflects the role’s strategic importance.
Requirements
- Proven track record in operational leadership within B2B fintech, payments, or crypto environments.
- Experience in auditing and restructuring business units for scalability and efficiency.
- Strong financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to impact EBITDA, free cash flow, and cost structure.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in European markets, ideally including MiCA or similar crypto-related compliance regimes.
- Hands-on experience managing cross-functional teams, including commercial, tech, product, and customer-facing functions.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in or able to work within European time zones.
