Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales development strategy, ensuring the growth of the company’s profits, and improving the quality of our long-term relationships with customers
- Manage the sales team: facilitating the development of our current employees, hiring new ones, training, supervising, supporting, and motivating
- Conduct market research in key areas to develop the sales of the company’s services
- Develop a customer-oriented sales culture, identifying customer needs, adjusting the sales strategy accordingly, and training the team
- Coordinate the operational sales strategy: ensuring the team’s participation in conferences, advertising campaigns, etc.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Head of Sales/Business Development Lead experience working in Payments/FinTech/Crypto with a focus on bringing onboard key strategic accounts
- A clear understanding of the market and industry trends
- Superior sales skills in prospecting, communication and closing
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be self-driven and drive business opportunities towards an outcome
- Excellent influencing and powerful communication skills, proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead a team
- Excellent attention to detail with a good understanding of the sales cycle and the importance of accurate pipelining and forecast reporting
- An analytical approach - your decisions are informed by data, and you know how to use analytics to draw insights to continually optimize sales strategies
- Proficiency in Salesforce preferred
- Fluent English.
