Head of Partnerships

Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new business opportunities in key partner high-risk sectors, fostering strategic partnerships.
- Design and implement customer journeys, integrating Cryptopay’s solutions into partner ecosystems.
- Oversee the partnership launch process to ensure successful onboarding and activation of end-users.
- Manage and nurture existing partners’ accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling to boost revenue.
- Develop playbooks and commercial frameworks tailored to specific partner types, industries, and regions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate prospects, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members as necessary.
Requirements
- Significant experience in fintech, gambling, or crypto sectors, with an emphasis on financial services.
- Proven history of managing partnerships in FinTech, Crypto, or cross-border financial services.
- Successful track record of managing large-scale, complex B2B partnerships from outreach to project launch.
- Skilled in guiding clients through seamless API integrations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and improve customer support.
