Lead Content Manager
The Lead Content Manager is responsible for overseeing all content creation efforts at Cryptopay Business Solutions. This managerial role involves leading a team of Content Writers and Graphic Designers to develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aimed at increasing website traffic, enhancing engagement, and building brand awareness. The Lead Content Manager collaborates closely with other departments – including Brand, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success – to collect and fulfill their content needs. This role also entails creating monthly work plans, distributing tasks among team members, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand guidelines, proofreading content for accuracy, and establishing efficient work processes within the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a long-term content strategy aligned with company goals and audience needs.
- Lead and manage a content team, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and engaging content production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with broader marketing and business strategies.
- Oversee the creation and management of diverse content types tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Maintain editorial guidelines and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and consistency in content production.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in content writing, strategy development, and team management, preferably in Payments, Cryptocurrency, FinTech, Finance, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in developing B2B content strategies tailored to the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing content teams and workflows to ensure timely, high-quality output.
- Proficiency in content creation, editing, and multichannel delivery, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher); Russian language skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, content optimization techniques, and analytics tools to measure and improve content performance.
- Familiarity with storytelling techniques, emerging content marketing trends, and tools for optimizing content production.
- 8. Industry-specific experience or familiarity with Forex, Gambling, or Betting industries is an advantage.
