The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing automation strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and optimize marketing and sales processes at Cryptopay Business Solutions. This role involves creating detailed Customer Journey Maps and Sales Funnels, conducting in-depth performance analytics, implementing AI tools for optimizing lead generation efforts. The Marketing Automation Manager has strong technical marketing skills, analytical prowess, and experience with CRM systems and marketing AI platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine customer journey maps and sales funnels to enhance engagement, improve conversion rates, and optimize user experiences.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Segment to analyze campaign performance and customer behavior, generating actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems and leveraging AI tools for predictive analytics and personalization.
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve website performance, campaign outcomes, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, BizDev, and Content Marketing, to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR and CCPA while implementing marketing automation best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of general digital marketing experience.
  • Experience in relevant industries like Payments, Cryptocurrency, general FinTech, Finance or Banking.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher); Russian is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot) and AI-driven platforms. Proficiency in CRM systems and integration with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Segment, or Tableau.
  • Expertise in developing Customer Journey Maps and sales funnels to optimize user engagement and conversions.
  • Experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
