Responsibilities

  • Research potential partners, including financial institutions, fintech, payment processors, technology providers.
  • Oversee the integration and setup process for new partners, ensuring technical and operational procedures are followed.
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing partners to foster trust, satisfaction and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.Work on commercial terms that balance profitability for both the company and the partners.
  • Collaborate with the HoP to align individual and team efforts with the overall partnerships strategy.
  • Deliver detailed reports on KPI progress, update on the status of ongoing initiatives, projects and negotiations.
  • Provide insights and feedback from partners to help refine strategies and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in the field of partnerships, business development, relationships management.
  • A network within the payments industry, with the ability to leverage connections for business growth and partnerships.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, ensuring successful deal-making and value-driven outcomes.
  • Proven expertise in strategic relationship building, fostering long-term partnerships and collaborations.
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.
  • Research expertise within the industry, coupled with the ability to find and validate relevant information.
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate complex scenarios, solve problems, and innovate effectively.
  • Solid project management abilities, driving initiatives from planning through execution in dynamic environments.
