Payment Operations & Treasury Manager

We hold EMI and CASP licenses from the CSSF and build international payments infrastructure for businesses operating across markets, currencies, and financial systems.

We are creating a unified platform that brings together international payments, foreign exchange, and digital financial infrastructure — helping companies simplify treasury operations, expand into new markets, and connect traditional payment rails with the emerging digital economy.

About the Role

As our Payment Operations & Treasury Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our regulated payments infrastructure.

This is a hands-on role responsible for the operational execution of fiat and crypto transactions, treasury activities, wallet rebalancing, and custody operations. Working closely with Finance, Compliance, Risk and Product, you will help ensure secure, efficient and well-controlled operations as we continue to scale our platform.

Payment & Treasury Operations

• Execute day-to-day fiat and crypto payment operations
• Support liquidity management by ensuring timely funding, cash movements and operational readiness across fiat and digital asset accounts
• Perform treasury transfers, wallet rebalancing and custody-related operations
• Monitor payment flows, cash positions and operational balances, escalating issues where required
• Investigate and resolve payment, settlement and operational exceptions

Operational Controls & Safeguarding

• Maintain robust operational controls across payment, treasury and digital asset operations.
• Partner with Finance and Compliance to support customer funds safeguarding processes and related operational controls
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements
• Support internal audits, regulatory requests and continuous enhancement of operational processes

Process Improvement & Collaboration

• Drive automation and continuous improvements across payment and treasury operations
• Support the rollout of new payment flows, operational processes and product initiatives
• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, Risk and Product to ensure secure and efficient operations
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support day-to-day operational activities

• 1 year of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or financial operations within a regulated financial institution
• Experience working in an EMI, Bank, Payment Institution, VASP/CASP or FinTech environment
• Strong understanding of payment operations, treasury management, liquidity management and operational controls
• Proven ability to operate in a highly regulated environment with a strong focus on risk awareness and operational excellence
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Risk, Product and Engineering teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach
• Professional fluency in English

Nice to Have

• Experience working within a Luxembourg-regulated financial institution
• Familiarity with CSSF regulatory expectations, PSD2 and MiCA
