Payments Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Payment Operations Specialist to join Cryptopay, a leading provider of cryptocurrency payments processing solutions. As an Payment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the work of our Operations department and will deal with our B2B products and customers

• Execute client fiat funds rebalancing and internal transfers between safeguarding accounts and crypto-liquidity accounts
• Business bank withdrawals / deposits processing (including credit / return transfers)
• Preparation of financial or operational reports per inquiries
• Second line Customer Support for payments-related and other complicated cases
• Execute client crypto funds rebalancing and internal transfers between crypto-custody and crypto-liquidity accounts
• Execute crypto top-ups on a daily basis
• Run crypto consolidations
• Business coin withdrawals processing (Handling all types of coin withdrawals on an on-going basis)
• Performing Operations related tasks in Jira
• Monitor and execute FX transactions with regards to customers funds (e.g. re-trading of failed orders)
• Prompt responsiveness to technical issues and their solution

• English C1
• Blockchain/cryptocurrencies knowledge
• Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat, Gmail is mandatory. Experience with Slack, Intercom, Jira will be a plus
• Experience and/or knowledge of different types of bank payment methods and principles of bank transfers work
