Senior HR Manager

We are expanding our HR Team and looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to help guide our transformation from a startup-type business to a mature, structured organization where HR processes support the company’s long-term goals. This role will be central in building and enhancing HR practices that foster a strong employee experience and contribute to our company’s sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Establish, update, implement, and maintain key HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, including feedback systems, performance evaluation, conflict resolution, and escalation processes.
- Analyze and work with HR metrics, using data insights for strategic planning and process improvements.
- Support and cultivate our corporate culture, coordinating initiatives to enhance employee experience and satisfaction.
- Serve as a people partner for specific teams, working closely with another People Partner to provide HR support across the organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years as a People Partner, HR Lead, or HR Business Partner, experience managing a team is mandatory.
- Proven experience in the IT industry.
- Strong focus on structuring and evolving HR processes.
- English Level: B2+ proficiency.
