PR Manager

The Public Relations Manager is responsible for developing and executing PR strategies to enhance the brand awareness, public image and reputation of Cryptopay Business Solutions. This role involves managing media relations, crafting compelling narratives, and coordinating PR activities that align with the company's brand objectives. The PR Manager will work closely with the Brand Manager and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

• Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and align with business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and manage media inquiries and interviews.
• Create and distribute thought leadership content, press releases, and other PR materials.
• Identify and manage media sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations to expand visibility.
• Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential PR issues.
• Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance, media coverage, and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage AI tools for media monitoring and PR optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with additional education in branding or PR.
• Over 5 years of experience in public relations, with a proven track record of successful campaigns, especially in fintech, payments, cryptocurrency, gambling, or forex industries.
• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute PR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Established media relations network and experience managing press inquiries and interviews.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency at C1 level, Russian is a plus.
• Expertise in crisis communication, including the development and implementation of crisis management plans.
• Proficiency with PR tools, media monitoring software, and social media platforms for campaign management.
• Strong adaptability and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments.
