Senior Project Manager (Internal Excellence)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be developing and overseeing the company-wide project management framework, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with strategic goals across all projects.

As Senior Project Manager you will be working with various departments including Development, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and HR.

This role does not involve the direct delivery of projects but focuses on facilitating their smooth operations and timely completion through implementation of suitable project management frameworks and instruments.

• Create, implement and maintain the project management standards, methodologies, and frameworks that all departments follow.
• Ensure that projects across the organization are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and are executed in a consistent manner.
• Provide training, tools, and resources to teams across the organization, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to manage projects effectively.
• Serve as a consulting resource for departments and project managers, offering expertise and guidance on complex project management issues.
• Continually improve the project management processes, methodologies, and tools based on feedback and evolving best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to define project scopes and develop detailed plans, while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with established standards and organization's strategic objectives.
• Monitor timelines, address blockers, and provide regular updates to senior management to ensure project deadlines across all departments are met and risks are mitigated.

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech organizations.
• Proven experience of implementing project management methodologies and tools across organization.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and related regulatory environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
