The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them achieve their goals through the company’s products and services. This role involves regular communication with clients, understanding their business needs, and coordinating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with B2B clients.
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions in Salesforce.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales/Compliance/Product/Customer Support) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Develop strategies for expanding client relationships and increasing revenue.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports on client activity and performance for senior management.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role at least 1-2 years (Preferably in FinTech/Crypto industry).
  • Experience in relationship management with B2B clients.
  • Experience working with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in using it to manage client interactions and data.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and growing client relationships.
  • Understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent English.
  • Willingness to travel.
