Senior Golang Developer

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with strong Golang experience to join our team. You’ll play a key role in designing and developing backend services, contributing to architectural decisions, and collaborating closely with fellow engineers to build reliable, maintainable systems.

This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with a responsible, team-oriented mindset, and is comfortable taking ownership of solutions from design to deployment.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
• Work within a microservices architecture and contribute to its evolution
• Participate in architecture reviews and help shape technical direction
• Ensure secure and scalable implementation of backend systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineers and stakeholders
• Help improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and internal development processes

• 6+ years of backend development experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Golang experience
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
• Understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and secure backend practices
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a distributed team
• A proactive and responsible attitude toward development tasks
• English at B2/C1 level
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
