The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance the online presence of Cryptopay Solutions across various platforms. This role involves managing social media channels for both B2B and B2C products, creating engaging content, fostering community engagement, and leveraging AI tools to optimize performance. The Social Media Manager will also develop automated sales funnels using lead magnets and chatbots to drive conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube for both B2B and B2C audiences, aligning with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars, write engaging content, create scripts for multimedia, and collaborate with Content and Design teams to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and social media performance to adjust strategies, optimize content, and enhance community engagement.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to followers, encouraging user-generated content, and building relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Use analytical tools and AI technologies to track key metrics, optimize performance, and implement strategies that improve audience reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging, support marketing campaigns, address customer inquiries, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and platform policies.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms, with LinkedIn as a must-have.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the payments or cryptocurrency industry, or a deep understanding of the sector and its trends.
  • Strong skills in creating engaging B2B content, including copywriting, storytelling, and producing creative assets like posts, visuals, and short-form videos.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher); Russian language skills are a plus.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) and platform insights to analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and optimize strategies to improve KPIs.
  • Expertise in building, managing, and growing communities while fostering audience engagement and implementing best practices to ensure consistent brand presence.
